Chris is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He is genuine, always has your back and nothing is ever too much trouble for him - and it was these qualities that ultimately led us to choose him to sell our home. We had no doubt in his ability to achieve a great result for us in terms of price, but it was also important to us during such a stressful time, to work with someone who listened to us, communicated with us and treated our home and any prospective purchasers with respect. As it happened, the sales result Chris obtained prior to auction totally exceeded our expectations! We can't recommend Chris more highly to anyone wishing to sell their home.
