Frist thing that i was skeptical of was hear all glowing reviews and recommendations Chris and the group had formed - this was quickly removed once we spoke. As a distant buyer due to Covid 19 restrictions (Sydney), Chris went above and beyond to ensure the buyer (us) were confortable with the terms of settlement. Prior to settlement date, begain to introduce "ongoing" services ie. advice on market trends, rental fairness etc. IE. property required small upgrades due to age, this was professionally handled and no suggestions ever came across unsolicited.
