Our contact with Chris has been minimal which explains the star rating given above. 95% of our real estate dealings were with Margaret Longhurst. We first met Margaret at a house inspection on the 24th March. We were in Orange from Queensland for a family wedding. Margaret made a follow up phone call the following week. We met again a month later when we revisited the same house. There were the expected ups and downs of negotiation which she handled patiently.
