Chris went out of his way to arrange an inspection on short notice and then was most constructive in negotiating our offer and an extended cooling off so we could buy our house. Well, what can we say, the minute we made contact with Chris to view our new home ( which was a private viewing), he was available to meet with minimal notice. The time allowed for us to view and asked questions, was what we felt above and beyond. His knowledge regarding the house and the area was exceptional.
