It was a long difficult road in an awful market with a few additional curve balls thrown in for good measure. However, Chris's experience shone through. He organised trades people to fix what was needed and get the property looking great. His photography expertise provided a much-needed boost to enhance the property's outlook. He communicated with us regularly providing updates on the property and the interest in it. With great perseverance he found the right buyer and achieved above the asking price.
