When we decided to sell our investment property in Bronte, it was a question of selling as is or investing in a makeover. Several agents recommend the first but Chris felt that painting the interior, redoing the flooring and sprucing up the garden would be worth doing. Right from the start, Chris has been in frequent contact with suggestions and comments. He was always available and answered our numerous comments and requests. As he explained, the result would then appeal to home buyers and rental investors rather than just property developers. His property estimate was therefore considerably higher than the other agents. He organized the work and the house looked wonderful. He recommended it be staged and so we paid for that, too. We were very pleased to have kept up to date and this follow up was excellent. While we had organized for an auction, we received several excellent offers before the date. They developed into an informal mini-auction and we finally accepted one that had reached his price estimate.
