Chris did manage to sell our unit but it was a very simple process for him. He had previously sold other units within the complex and hence had a list of potential buyers already at his disposal. He facilitated one group inspection after which the existing tenant expressed interest in buying the unit and from there, very little effort was needed to effect a sale.
