Chris York is a great agent, our house was only on the market for one week, Chris and his team did such a wonderful job that is sold after the first open home. If I had to ring Chris to ask about something it was never a problem he always made time to talk and would even ring every couple of days to give me a update once the deposit was taken.i would recommend Chris to everyone I know.

Thanks Chris for the amazing job you have done selling my house. You made everything run so smoothly and you were always very professional. I would highly recommend you to anyone wanting to sell or purchase a property.

I found Chris York very professional, easy to communicate with and always easily available, I have recommended him to a future seller in my area.

Chris was receptive from the beginning, listening attentively and following up at every stage. Extremely difficult market to break into as a single income earner, Chris was able to relay my sincere intentions to the vendor and reach an accord that suited both parties. Keeping in touch despite a bout of the flu and not compromising his high standard of communication ensured a smooth process from start to finish. Highly recommend him and his earnest, flexible approach to all that are facing the unforgiving Sydney market conditions.
