My wife and I took a punt on Chris to sell our house. My wife initially put up a post on Facebook asking for an agent to sell our house. He was also honest with what he felt would sell the house and a few little things to make it more desirable. All feedback was passed on with a timely manner and was always detailed. Even upon sale of the house, the issues were not finished. Our original lawyer provided an invalid contract for sale, the purchaser attempted to withdraw. However, Chris, kept in contact with all parties and kept the ball rolling, even when it seemed like it stopped. Honest, willing and persistent are the way I explain Chris.
