We are very grateful that Chris was our Agent and able to assist us in the best possible way to becoming First Home Owners! He was upfront, honest and willing to help us in any way possible. We cannot thank Chris enough.
Chris has been absolutely amazing from our first initial phone call until our house sold. Prior to our first initial meeting Chris had done research including going to the house, what else was on the market similar to ours etc. He qualified us as seller's and what was important not just the price we wanted to achieve. Communication was outstanding I was kept informed through out the whole process I never had to chase Chris for anything. He was approachable and fair which is great for potential buyers to connect with and trust him. I have no hesitation in recommending him to sell your property.
Cheers bro - killed it. Knew what we wanted and made it happen! Thanks again
Chris was the Agent for the owners of the house i recently purchased, and i can honestly say i feel he did his best for all parties involved. He would reply to you as quickly as he could, and if you had a special request, he would do his best to make it happen. I had many questions as a first home purchaser, and he did what he could to answer them all. Very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend him, and thank him for his assistance recently.
From the first phone call we had with Chris we had absolute faith that he would get the job done. What we didn't know was how far and beyond he would go to not only to sell our house in 1 day but also helped us secure our new dream home! He made the whole experience smooth sailing and stress free. He kept us updated at all times ensuring we were comfortable with everything that was happening. Full of knowledge and support we can not rate him high enough!! Thank you Chris!
Chris was amazing dealing with us throughout our sale. He went above and beyond and definitely would recommend him to anyone. We got the price we wanted and couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Thanks again!
My wife and I took a punt on Chris to sell our house. My wife initially put up a post on Facebook asking for an agent to sell our house. Chris, took the liberty, and stood out of the crowd as a result, and wrote an extremely detailed text message outlining his desire to sell the house. It impressed me that he took the time to do that. That was a great start. From our first meeting, Chris was honest with expectations and what he felt we would be able to achieve with sale price. He was also honest with what he felt would sell the house and a few little things to make it more desirable. Throughout the sale process, Chris was proactive and constantly coming up with ideas on how to bring people through the door at the open homes. All feedback was passed on with a timely manner and was always detailed. Even upon sale of the house, the issues were not finished. Our original lawyer provided an invalid contract for sale, the purchaser attempted to withdraw. However, Chris, kept in contact with all parties and kept the ball rolling, even when it seemed like it stopped. Honest, willing and persistent are the way I explain Chris.
We interviewed several estate agents before choosing Chris to help us sell our home. We were looking for someone who knew the market, was able to be realistic with us about our house value, and who made us feel comfortable. Chris ticked all the boxes. He kept us informed through the entire process and worked tirelessly after our first sale fell through to sell again within 48 hours. At no stage did we feel like he wasn't working hard for our interest. We would happily recommend Chris to anyone.
