It’s difficult to find the words to describe Chris as a real estate agent. Our sale was anything but smooth, we tried to sell the property tenanted, which in a tough sellers’ market was impossible. We had potential buyers make offers, only to end up ghosting Chris completely. Despite this, Chris was patient and positive and did all he could to ensure we achieved an excellent result. Chris went above and beyond throughout the campaign, from downloading different communication apps, negotiating with overseas buyers and responding to the real estate memes I kept tagging him in on Facebook.
