We felt a little rushed at times - timelines for viewing etc. Thought there would be a slight refund on the advertising as the Board was VERY late in going up and we didn't receive any photos (which I thought we had paid for). We would like to have been told about the process for Settlement which I am now attempting to find out from the Conveyancer. Date for settlement should have been 120 days worked out at 140. Well, where do we start? Have been trying to come up with a negative but truthfully can’t. Christian was with us, at our side right from the start. Everything he said he would do, he did & whatever we suggested he took seriously & initiated if it was at all possible. Christian first knocked on my door when doing valuations in the area. The house was being painted at the time but Christian assured me that he could work around that and so he did. It was then 2 years on that I had Christian return to revalue and place on the market. My house was tenanted and I was interstate for most of the campaign so I required an agent with great communication skills and the ability to negotiate with the tenants. Christian was able to achieve all of this. His energy, frankness and professionalism was unwavering.
