Christian de Frece is a real estate force of nature. His boundless energy, enthusiasm and clear passion for his job was energising and inspiring. We felt a little rushed at times - timelines for viewing etc. Thought there would be a slight refund on the advertising as the Board was VERY late in going up and we didn't receive any photos (which I thought we had paid for). We would like to have been told about the process for Settlement which I am now attempting to find out from the Conveyancer. Date for settlement should have been 120 days worked out at 140. All in all it was a good sale - thank you Christian

Well, where do we start? Have been trying to come up with a negative but truthfully can’t. Christian was with us, at our side right from the start. Everything he said he would do, he did & whatever we suggested he took seriously & initiated if it was at all possible.
