Communication was clear and concise, and Christian was always avaiable for questions and advice, this provided us with confidence. We were offered property presentation advice and confirmatiin and correction on our improvement plans for readying the property for showing and eventual sale. Over the showing period Christian kept us informed on the strategies we had discussed, a breakdown of viewing parties, their comments/feedback and intrest in progressing to offer. Christian was always on time and communicated in person and by phone after every open house. We progressed to sale within our planned marketing period and achieved an excellent result towards the top of our pricing guide.
