Ivan was excellent to deal with and so was his team.

From the start to the end of the process was really easy to deal with. We were constantly kept up to date with the progress on our property as well as surrounding similar properties. The whole team was always available with updates as well as suggestions to keep our property visible. Would definitely recommend Ivan Lampret and his team to anybody looking for a professional company to help them sell their property. I will definitely use them again in the future. Another Seamless Sale with Gibson Partners

This is the third property I have sold through Gibson Partners, and I would not hesitate to use them again. I first met Ivan nearly 20 years ago when we bought into the area, and over the years I have both purchased and sold properties through the agency. Having worked with Gibson Partners across multiple transactions over such a long period, I can honestly say the level of service has always been exceptional. Most recently, Ivan and Karla handled the sale of my apartment. I was impressed with their professionalism, communication, and commitment throughout the entire process. I was working within a very short timeframe, yet they had the property prepared, online, and open for inspection within one week! Their efficiency and organisation made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless. Karla managed the negotiation process and did an outstanding job, keeping me informed at every stage and working tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome. The support provided by the entire team was outstanding, from their marketing team, to their market knowledge and attention to detail with the sales campaign gave me confidence from start to finish. Excellent result and outstanding communication throughout

Lachlan handled the sale of my flat from start to finish and I couldn't have asked for better service. He was professional and effective throughout, and paid close attention to detail and to what I actually wanted, not just what was easiest for him. Given the market was falling at the time, I was genuinely impressed that he still achieved a good price, and did it quickly. He kept me completely informed at every step, including detailed feedback after every bit of buyer interest, so I always knew where things stood. I'd recommend Lachlan and the team at Gibson Partners Real Estate without hesitation.
