Intelligent, straightforward, hardworking, Christian answered all my questions, and went out of his way to help me with various tradespeople to get my property up to scratch. .All of those people also had warm relations with Christian. He also helped me with my contract in the purchase of my new property. He was knowledgeable and informed. All the legalities were explained. On Open days, Christian was punctual, well dressed, and in control. His reports back to me were timely and detailed. Over time it was apparent that Christian’s personality is entirely suitable to the job he does, with the ability to negotiate with a diversity of potential buyers pleasantly and honestly, as he did with me.
