Christian was fantastic! He was very easy to communicate with, thorough and knows the market and his customers. Being interstate owners, he managed access to the property with our tenants, and made sure presentation was on point for all opens. Not lastly, he got us the price we were looking for.
We found Christian to be very supportive and empathetic. He left us with the impression that he was doing everything he possibly could to assist us, and he communicated with us very clearly throughout the entire process. He was easy to talk to, and his temperament was calm, confident, patient and measured, even when unexpected problems arose. He listens carefully, and then he explains clearly. He seemed to us to be determined, but always in a courteous and respectful way. He has a likeable personality that inspires confidence. He also has integrity and a sound work ethic. We feel very lucky to have found Christian at such a stressful time in our lives, and we are so grateful for his patience and his support.
Christian was a delight to work with - always courteous, optimistic and reassuring, while also realistic and honest in his management of expectations. He has great people-skills, is knowledgeable about the market, and his sense of timing has been extremely accurate.
