This was the second occasion where we have used Christine to sell a property for us. In the first instance we had already tried to sell our South Durras property via auction using another local agent, it was passed in with no bids. We rented it out a few months then, much to the other agent's chagrin, approached Christine. She advocated using the private treaty method, on the basis that South Durras couls be a poor auction suburb, a sale at an acceptable price was achieved within a relatively short timeframe. It was because of our satisfaction with that outcome we chose to use Christine as our agent when we decided to sell again, this time in Lilli Pilli. Her assessment of the market in general and, in particular, where our property sat within that market was very, very good. She gave us a likely price range and, although our sale price was at the bottom end of that range, it was again an acceptable outcome for us. We found her information sharing about the amount of interest and the level of interest from individual parties to be excellent. This not only took the form of email updates after an open house but included personal telephone calls to both update and give assurances. All in all we are highly satisfied and would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone.
