My partner Rob and I first established a working relationship with Christine 2 years when we first started looking at properties in the Batemans Bay Area. We really messed her around trying to purchase a house in Guerilla Bay when, in hindsight we didn't have things organised with our finance, and the vendor then recieved an offer from someone who were ready to go. Chris was so apologetic when she told me we'd missed out. We then tortured her one Sunday, her day off, dragging her around the area looking at more places we couldn't make up our mind about. Then.....we found something listed with another agent that we actually purchased. Very loyal.....not. Fast forward to now and we start again....this time we're a bit more organised. And we're working with Christine again, poor woman. And it's going to Auction!!! She was, and is, so patient, so professional, so helpful we cannot recommend her more highly. She managed to make something that was very new to us and therefore quite daunting, a reasonably positive experience. More so as we were successful at auction, significantly because she managed to make it less stressful and gave us the right amount of confidence. She's got great people skills and a wicked sense of humour. She makes it easy!
