Her knowledge of local market open times during my opens ( which she researched before setting weekly open times) was very impressive. She either booked my weekly opens before or after local other properties were open for inspections. Her customer service communication skills and keeping me up to date all the time with what was happening was outstanding. She listened to what I would accept and what I would not. Never came back to me to give me offers that were below what I'd wanted . Instead, she worked with people who would make both the vendor and purchasers happy! I haven't seen this in a long time. Too many lazy Agents around these days who accept and work with first offers. I cannot speak highly enough about her professionalism.
