Very patient and guide you all the way to the auction. During the auction, they also provide you with support for the auction process. Firstly, it should be established that the apartment was an investment, so time frames are quite different to being own home. The process to achieve the sale was around 6 months. Early on interest was encouraging, but no bites. The Xmas New Year can and went. Then nibbles started during March 16 and was ultimately sold to an investor. Over this period, Christine maintained a positive approach, and understood that apartment 'selling' in a market with many choices was a patient game. She conducted herself well in engaging prospective buyers as well as keeping in mind the tenant lifestyle. The tenant respect to this approach meant the property was always presented in a top fashion, whether a scheduled inspection ( especially early on ) or by appointment. My contact was via phone or through the weekly performance updates via a report. No pressure to 'sell' , just a methodical approach to achieve the final goal.
