The help to reach a quick agreement was great, particularly at this diffiult time of real estate insecurity. Once agreed upon her mediating for us, was great. The only thing I would say to improve upon excellence, is communication between the buyng stage and settlement, because you are left with not knowing what is going on, until it is settlement. This is important to follow the process properly so the contract meets legal standards. It requires trust, it is important to have that, because it can be stressful, particularly at this time of housing instability and crisis. Overall happy with her.
