I have been a property investor and therefore did some homework when considering placing my property on the market. This included attending open homes of comparable properties to assess realistic selling prices and meeting agents as a ‘prospective’ buyer to assess how agents operated - follow up calls etc. Christine Tucker impressed with her professionalism and market knowledge. Obviously other sellers were similarly impressed as Christine was the listing agent for a number of the open houses I inspected in doing my homework. End result was by working with Christine in her marketing strategies, presentation of the property, and her existing contacts of prospective buyers from past listings she has had, our house was under contract before the first open house was scheduled.
