Christine Tucker was quintessential in the purchase of our dream home. My husband and I live overseas for work and wanting to purchase a dream house to retire to once we finish working overseas. I had contacted many agents in the months before leading up to our travel to the Gold Coast enquiring about houses they may have on the market that would suit our needs. Many just simply placed me on their email notification list for properties on the market. Christine was the only agent and made the time to contact me the week before our planned travel to ask whether we would still be interested and if she could help in anyway with this process. Christine emailed through many potential viewings and we also let her know which we would like to see which included houses outside of her agency listings. She had take the valuable time arrange all the viewings in a schedule that fit our short visit. On the second day she took us to a listing at Hope Island (Sanctuary Cove) which was our dream house. We took sometime out to consider the options of the houses we had seen. She provided us with valuable feedback on rental potential for the places we had seen and this solidified our choice in the dream home at Hope Island. Even though the dream home purchased was not through her agency she facilitated the whole process. Even with having recommendations for lawyers and building and pest inspection which helped this daunting process go very smoothly. Especially since we were time pressed (only on the Gold Coast for 3 days) as it was just before Christmas. Christine went over and above to help us throughout the process, even emailing and calling on Sundays and hard at work arranging inspections while most other agents were preparing for their Christmas holidays.
