The agent, Chyna, in particular was fantastic. She was very helpful, open to negotiate and very patient. She genuinely seemed to have the vendor and the buyer’s best interest, which is rare.
I have found the team at Belle Avalon Beach to be very good. Respectful of our needs (as a buyer), courteous and readily available. Chyna is fair and genuine, and while working in the interests of the Vendor (as should be), was also very considerate of our position in negotiations.
