Firstly, they have the busiest shop in town with people coming and going throughout the day while the others seem to be very quiet. Given the timing with what was going on in the world then I was certain I'd have to discount the price but thankfully I didn't have to. They managed to get a good price at a difficult time. I'd chose them again.

Lauren was always very responsive and happy to pick up the phone and discuss any questions or concerns we might have had. She has an open and honest communication style and made us feel at ease throughout the sales process. Lauren is professional, always has a smile on her face and presents beautifully. She was truly an asset to our campaign, working enthusiastically for us as vendors and to support the buyers in their quest to find a home. Lauren has excellent market knowledge and is also a good listener, picking up and reacting to queues along the way. Her professionalism is exemplary and comes through in a quiet, well mannered confidence. We would happily use Lauren to sell or a buy a home in the future.
