Very professional and calm even with the over whelming response of people viewing the property. Made me relaxed and calm as he steeped me throught the process after being successful in gaining property congratulated me and celebrated with me. Would do anything to help and exceeded my expectation as an agent Thanks Cina
We found Cina enthusiastic and hard working and felt his attention to our house sale genuine and frank. We’re happy to recommend Cina and his team as he gets on with the job
For someone selling their home, Cina and his team really appear to go above and beyond, they were very professional. We were particularly impressed with how many members of his team he had throughout the property during the home open, highlighting the various features of each space creating quite the experience. The sunset viewing was most impressive. As for the buyer's side, he was open and honest, he negotiated us to a point which was fair on us and the other potential buyers, as well as getting the owners what we believed to be their benchmark price. We feel it was a win win all round and are very happy with the result. We can highly recommend Cina and the team from Harcourts Initiative if you are buying/selling.
Very professional, kind and personable. He had what we wanted in mind and sought out properties that we would be interested in.
Many thanks Cina for the seamless sale of our house. Will definitely be calling you again.
We were very happy with the various suggestions by Cina in the run up to the sale, the feedback throughout the program and the closing of the final price. Whilst Cina was front and centre he also had a very efficient assistant working behind the scene. Great result.
Very professional and market knowledge up to date. Made me feel relaxed as he was in control of everything. The open days went along with no unexpected problems Thoroughly happy to recommend him to any friends and family Thank you Cina.
Cina was great to work with. From canvassing the market for buyers and marketing our property through to sale/settlement, he never took the foot of the pedal. His knowledge of our area assisted us with our decision to list and where to pitch the property. It’s easy to see Cina loves what he does
We purchased land through Cina, he made the process quite seemless, was available to take phone calls to answer queries we had and was happy help as required. Thank you for your assistance Cina.
