Cina and his team worked super hard for our property, always communicating with us in a clear and transparent manner, always had patience with our questions and answered it clearly. My family worked with Cina from over sea and Cina and his team still delivered top tier services given the circumstances.
Cina showed very good expertise and professionalism. He answered all our questions with in- depth explanations to our full satisfaction. We will highly recommend Cina to our friends and family.
Cina made the experience of purchasing a property easy and was great to work with.
Cina was very professional from the time we contacted. He has a great knowledge about the industry which helped us to get the house right on time to the market. He set the time line and stuck to it all the way. It was very easy to collaborate with Cina and his team who are always helpful. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to sell or buy their house. Thanks Cina!
One of the things that impressed me the most was their excellent communication skills. They kept me informed every step of the way, promptly answering my questions and providing updates. It made the entire process smooth and stress-free, knowing that I could rely on them for accurate and timely information.
Most importantly dealing with Cina he knows how to please both sellers and Bayer .
Our experience was great as Cina made our life so easy to buy the property that we wanted it. Highly recommended.
We could not get a hold of our real estate agent, it was not until after we decided to pick up the keys ourselves we were contacted. Despite several emails and phone calls the week leading up to settlement, we were left unanswered leaving us feeling ignored and causing unnecessary stress on the first day of owning our home. We understand real estate agents can be busy, but the lack of responsiveness was disappointing.
Cina was extremely knowledgeable about the market in my area and tailored the advertising campaign to suit. His communication was very clear and concise. His appraisal of the property was based on real data and his own analysis of the suburb. Cina provided honest and realistic expectations of price and didn’t over promise and under deliver- in fact he exceeded predictions by a large margin! He always worked in the best interests of me, the client, and went well above and beyond to ensure I received the absolute best offer. Cina was very proactive in market engagement and drew upon his vast pool of interested parties to maximise potential buyers. His calm, professional and pressure free attitude made him extremely pleasurable to do business with. I would strongly recommend anyone who is thinking about engaging an agent to sell their property to seriously consider using Cina’s services- next time I sell there will be only one agent I will be talking to!
Cina went above and beyond to find and secure our family’s dream home in the exact area we had hoped for. His industry excellence and well established relationships even allowed us to breeze into our move with a possession prior to settlement in record time. Unlike previous Agents, I feel like he is part of the family with his sincerity and values…thank you so much Cina for our dream come true !
He was professional, helpful, and quick to respond. He helped us find our home faster than we ever thought possible. His keen eye for detail and understanding of our needs were commendable. We are very happy with our purchase!
