Cina has deep knowledge of the market for units in the Wembley and of the general real estate market in the City Beach, Wembley Downs and Wembley area. He has a very good network of contacts locally here in WA but also from interstate. He was very quickly off the mark as soon as I awarded him the task of selling my unit. There was a tight timeframe between tenants leaving and putting the unit up for sale. Some maintenance work in the kitchen and bathroom was required required to make the property suitable for presentation and sale. The marketing campaign was very well done and I visited the property myself on inspection days. Communication with Harcourt office staff was also very timely and I was quickly made aware of relevant documents as they arrived. Ive sold many properties before, most agents seem demotivated and negative. I didnt want to deal with another agent who wasnt going to bring it home again.
