As a buyer, there are very few agents I enjoy engaging with but Cindy is one of them. I feel she understood my husband’s and my needs and she proactively suggested properties that attempted to satisfy them. We recently upgraded our house, buying first and selling second. It’s a tricky market to be doing this, but Cindy made it feel easy. Cindy’s valuation was spot on, as was her assessment of our target market. This was crucial in making the transaction a sucess. Once we committed to the purchase, Cindy was able turn our sale around in record time. She has high standards of presentation and helped us achieve it in a little over a week. She has an extensive contact list to make it happen. She organised it all. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. We never doubted for a second that Cindy was in our corner and genuinely wanted a good result for us. When it came time to show the property, we took Cindy’s advice and showed it ‘off-market’ to her extensive client list. From one open home we generated two buyers and sold in 5 days for a little over her initial valuation. Cindy kept us informed at every stage and was always available, both for ourselves and the purchasers. The great thing about Cindy is that she brings a human touch to what is for most of us the biggest transaction of our lives. You get that as a buyer (we bought through Cindy as well) and a seller.
