I have just purchased a house marketed by Cindy Kennedy and Marcus Hejtmanek of McGrath Balmain. Having dealt with a lot of agents over the years (as both vendor and purchaser), I can recommend them as hard working straight shooters who are great to deal with as a purchaser, despite obviously being there to obtain the best price for the vendor. Many agents fail to realise that your purchaser may be your vendor in the future. I rate agents by how easy they are to deal with purchasers, given that without the purchaser, the vendor is unable to achieve a great price. The property I purchased is close to the proposed West Connex extension - Cindy and Marcus did an excellent job of ensuring I was armed with the information I needed to make an informed decision, which ultimately maximised the sale price for the vendor too.
