Cindy has been amazing since we first tried to list our property. Initially we had some issues with damage to the rental property and Cindy went over and above to help us get this damage repaired. She helped coordinate tradespeople and even met them at the unit to let them in while coordinating this with the managing agents. Cindy worked hard to get us the price we wanted and listened to what our needs were. We spoke to one other agent who didn’t listen and wanted to list for a price which was nearly 30% less than what we sold the unit for. I could not recommend Cindy and Belle properties highly enough as they well and truly went the extra mile and then some.
