Cindy is so wonderful - she kept us informed every step of the negotiating process and was very supportive with making sure we were across everything from signing the contract, explaining why open homes still happen until the contract is unconditional, and assisting with information and quick access for a valuer to help confirm contract conditions. She especially arranged a private viewing so the 2nd purchaser could view the property prior to becoming unconditional (they had not been able to attend any open homes) and even invited us put the SOLD sticker on the sign out the front!!
