Decided to sell the week of 13 July, on market 1 August (any delays were with us to review documents). Sold on 21 August 2020. Market Knowledge was a little lacking as she was selling out of the area (based in Epping, sold in Hornsby). Communication was great, she was very clear on all the steps and realistic to the market. For professionalism, Cindy was always well presented, pleasant with me, and prospective buyers in my presence (if only 1 negative, she was late by 5 minutes on 2 occasions, but as above she was out of area, Syndey traffic etc etc). I was difficult at times and so was the final buyer and she managed everyones expectations well through to the end of the process. In the end, we got the sale in a reasonable time frame for a reasonable price (not disappointingly low and not crazy high.. but that is the market)...
