Early after meeting him CJ established a rapport through our shared experiences of Africa and comparison of our backgrounds. We had previously expressed interest in 9 James Street East but CJ also showed us through an East Terrace house as well before we decided on the grounds of economy, availability and suitability of the space that this was what we needed. We had previously had a discussion with a prominent representative of another agency and were unimpressed with his performance and we had been shown through several other offerings by various agents. Though, of course, CJ was acting for the vendor he showed concern for our needs and negotiated with Ethan, the vendor, on our behalf. We were very happy with CJ's performance.

We took quite a while checking out real estate agents before going to market and decided on CJ. This was the first time selling a home and others had told us it would be a nightmare but he made it really easy and worked around our busy vintage work schedule. It was an urgent sale as we had flights booked for an extendes trip overseas and didnt wanna pay a mortgage on a empty house so cj put in a lot of effort with inspections to get the house sold in time and above our bottom line! Very impressed with his honesty towards all parties to secure a hassle free settlement. Cant recommend enough!

I originally signed with another agent at Harcourts who I am very unhappy with. CJ took over at some stage but I was never told when or how. He has been good and helpful. My property was on the market 3 years and the price given by original agent was not realistic and I wish I'd never listed the house
