I would recommend CJ. He was very easy to work with, worked around my awkward hours, even meeting me on his day off so I could inspect the property. After contacting many agents in my search for a property, most did not return my calls so CJ's effort was a refreshing change. I wouldn't hesitate to use CJ when it comes time for me to sell, as I know from being a purchaser he would do the best he can to get the most money he can for a vendor.
