Steve made recommendations on minor improvements that we could do to help achieve the best possible price for the property and he also arranged all the work to be completed and the cost just came off the sale price of the property, so it was easy to do! Steve had great communication, excellent strategy and did more than expected open homes so every potential buyer had an opportunity to see the house.
