Steve and I set out on a journey to sell an apartment on Northbourne Ave during the construction work on the light rail - in hindsight not the best timing on my part, the beautiful trees were cut down, all the landscape was torn up and construction workers were everywhere! Access was terrible to the apartment with the construction. Through all this Steve took the challenge and after a brief campaign and a couple of low ball offers, we decided the best bet was to park it and soft sell the apartment via his network. Steve was able to get a tenant for the property at very good return whilst he continued to quietly market the property and talk to investors and owners alike. This all paid dividends recently when the property was sold for full asking price. Steve's dedication and diligent follow through is a credit to him and his efforts are greatly appreciated.
