We requested repairs to leaking toilet by settlement. Toilet wasn't repaired by settlement and Steve arranged several times to complete the repair and failed to turn up despite us taking time out of our day to wait for him. A set of keys were left with Steve so repairs to toilet and screen door could be made and as yet these keys haven't been returned. One year on the toilet still isn't fixed and we still don't have our keys. Overall a frustrating experience. Perhaps he is a better agent to sell with than purchase from.

Steve's ability to know that I had a buyer, to follow it up with a well timed letter to that effect and to facilitate a speedy inspection which resulted in an offer in a few days (which we accepted) showed me how good he is at his job. Steve was extremely knowledgeable with regards to the current market and what made it even better was that he was super personable. He was always happy to answer any questions we had about the selling process and was very useful when it came to preparing our house for it's first 'pre-market open home' of which Steve managed to lock in a sale. Compared to previous agents I have used, Steve was most definitely the best I've come across which has resulted in me dropping his name to a few mum's at the school my children attend.
