Kris was amazing from start to finish with the process of purchasing our new home at auction. During Covid it was difficult to view prospective homes for more than 15 minutes at a time with restrictions in place. Kris allowed us to visit the home we ended up purchasing twice and we were very grateful for this. Kris willingly answered any questions we had and nothing was too much trouble. He followed up several times with me prior to the auction to make sure I felt comfortable with the online auction process and gave me good sound advice using his extensive knowledge and expertise. On auction day Kris made me feel calm and at ease and was very excited for us when we were the successful bidders. The process since then has been smooth and seamless.
