Kris has an extensive knowledge of the Canberra market. He is a great communicator, is honest, caring and is always willing to go the extra mile. When was the last time you heard from an agent that he will drop by and mow the lawn for you before an open home? We were stuck in NSW due to COVID restrictions all through the pre-auction period and auction day and feared how it would go.
