Kris is an outstanding agent. This is the second time we have used Kris's . Each time he has provided great service. Kris is very experienced agent with extensive knowledge about the property market. He has effective customer service and communication skills which made us feel so comfortable during to whole journey of selling and buying house. We will highly recommend him.

Kris has an extensive knowledge of the Canberra market. He is a great communicator, is honest, caring and is always willing to go the extra mile. When was the last time you heard from an agent that he will drop by and mow the lawn for you before an open home? We were stuck in NSW due to COVID restrictions all through the pre-auction period and auction day and feared how it would go. Kris and his great team made sure that we were informed, comfortable and confident through the whole process. I cannot recommend Kris highly enough and he is a credit to the profession.

Our experience with Kris Hellier from McGrath Estate Agents North Canberra was amazing. It was absolute pleasure to work with a real estate professional as thorough and reliable as Kris. He is professional, extremely efficient and very pleasant to work with. We would highly recommend Kris Hellier and McGrath Estate Agents North Canberra.

Thank you Kris for your professional service. We got the house we wanted, and at a price which was fair to us and great for the seller. You also were available to answer all our questions. Much appreciated

Kris is very committed towards his work He has good communication skills and has the ability to understand clients needs Is very focused flexible and reliable

Kris was professional, diligent and experienced. Kris was responsive and always kept me up to date with communications, updates and next steps. Overall Kris handled the sale process very well and I would recommend Kris to anyone else selling their property.

Kris was friendly and always made himself available to answer questions. He maintained good communications with us throughout the lead up to the auction and was accommodating of our requests. The auction and contract signing process were smooth and easy - and the photo he took of us in front of the sold sign wasn't too shabby either.

Kris was exceptional. Kris was proactive, informative, friendly, knowledgeable and worked hard from our initial discussions right through to making and finalising our sale. I would recommend Kris to all of my friends and family and will continue to work with Kris as long as we are in the Canberra housing market. Could not be happier with the services provided!

Kris described his view on the market in Canberra. He kept me updated following each inspection and key activity. I would absolutely recommend Kris to others. I felt he and Anna helped me through the process, were prompt to follow any matters up and always available for questions. 5 star support and effort on my behalf.
