We employed Kostya to sell our home in Casey. Most of our communication was done over the phone or in email format as we live in Victoria. We found that he offered us an excellent service. He was great at sharing his local sales knowledge, offered us different marketing strategies and kept us informed throughout the whole process including feedback, open homes and offers. He did a great job with enthusiasm and we were very pleased with the outcome. Ron & Patricia.

I met Kostya at another home in Nicholls a long time ago and was impressed from the start with his friendly yet proffessional attitude and manners. When it came time to pick someone for the sale of my home I decided we would trust him with the task. From start to finish I was extremely pleased with his work ethic, high service and timeliness. We were away from Canberra for the sale of the home and felt reassured with his constant communication and well thought out and very effective marketing strategy. The auction was very succesfull and we were delighted with the price achieved. If you are looking for someone with a great market knowledge of Nicholls and who can get great results I would highly recommend Kostya Logvinov and his team at Harcourt Brindabella.

I would like to recommend Kostya Logvinov for the excellent job he did for the sale of my property in Palmerston. We are happy with the result that Kostya achieved quite quickly, he had excellent communication and made us feel very comfortable and confident through the sales process. He continued excellent communication after the sale as well and I would like to recommend him for anyone who wants to sell their house.

So refreshing to meet and deal with a Real estate agent who is prepared to tell it how it is. We have been looking for a house for 2 and a half years before we finally found "the one" . Right from the get go Kostya was very professional and kept me appraised of what he thought the property was worth. He also demonstrated a very good knowledge of the area, and provided to me plenty of information of past sales etc. During the marketing campaign I was asking a lot questions and Kostya responded to my questions in a timely fashion. Kostya also has a great personality and always came across as an energetic, friendly young man who appears to really enjoy his chosen profession. Although we haven't yet reached settlement, I have no doubt Kostya will continue to me with advice should I require it. Finally I would have no hesitation recommending Kostya, or the rest of the Harcourt team for that matter, to my friends and family if they should ever require the services of a Real estate agent. Their friendly and professional approach takes a lot of the worry away when buying property and I intend to utilise Kostya's services to sell my unit in the near future. Regards, KO

Having spent a year looking for a house in Yass, I drove past an auction sign and stopped. I phoned the listing agent to ask when open for inspection. Kostya Logvinov advised times. I was met at the door on first inspection to find a very informed, friendly and professional man. I continued to view the house on every inspection day and was constantly updated by Kostya. Kostya, while obviously contracted by the vendors, showed a sensitive and compassionate respect for my situation. His ability to liaise with myself and the vendors was excellent. I progressed to settlement without complication. Marilyn Lee.

We appreciated the advice and assistance Kostya gave us to sell our home. Kostys had a good understanding of the local property market and gave us good honest advice throughout the process.

As first home buyers we felt Kostya made us feel welcome at the property during the open inspection and wasted no time in communicating to the vendors on our behalf. Efficiency and punctuality are important to us and Kostya was able to deliver on both throughout our dealings with him. We are very satisfied with the result of our first property hunt and would like to thank Kostya for making a stressful time significantly smoother for us. All the best. Regards, Sam Durant & Nancy Latz

We would like to thank Kostya Logvinov and his assistant for the sale of the apartment. They were professional, prompt and offered strong market knowledge to achieve a result and negotiate a great result. Thank you

I met Kostya a year or so before choosing him to sell our property. Out of all the agents my wife and met over a year or so of searching for a new family home, Kostya was the only agent that continued to follow me up each month. He would always ask if we had found something yet and where we were up to with our Yass property. Great guy and great result, thanks heaps.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Kostya Logvinov and Jeremy Maher for the sale of my home. They were simply amazing and achieved a result I wasn't expecting and a price well and truly above my expectations. The home was sold prior to auction and I was impressed with the professionalism of the Harcourts Brindabella team and I couldn't be happier. A stress fee experience and worth every penny. Bravo gentlemen!

We would like to recommend Kostya Logvinov of Harcourts Brindabella for the excellent sale of our family home. Kostya and his team were very professional, honest and hard working through the process and continued a high standard throughout the campaign to ensure we got an excellent price and move on with our lives. Thank you very much!

Of all the real estate agents my husband and I met with, Kostya was the most professional and eager to do business with us. He outlined what he thought the best strategy was in moving forward to get the price we wanted for our house and listened to what we wanted to do. If titty are selling your house, we expend Kostya highly to do it for you
