Within hours, Kostya sent me a detailed and comprehensive report. This included photos of key areas which needed renovation. I found this particularly helpful, as I was interstate for most of the sale period. In our initial discussions, Kostya assured me that he would manage the renovation process and he quickly followed though by finding competent tradesmen to complete each task.
