For a person being rather dubious of most agents, I found my scepticism of Ryan, being grossly misplaced and completely not warranted. I found Ryan to be very easy to work with and reassuring. Ryan appears to have a relaxed approach to his work and quite often uses the phrase, " Don't Worry!" His knowledge of the local market is unsurpassed as was verified by two other agents. His ability to take the tension out of a situation when things did not appear to be going as planned was very comforting. Ryan kept communications flowing and provided constant updates, which relieved the stress of marketing our property.
