From the very first meeting with ryan and his team I’ve found him to be extremely professional and helpful with all my requests. Ryan’s knowledge of the area in regards to sales of other properties was helpful and I recommend Ryan to anyone looking to sell

Ryan was confident from the start of where our property sat in the market. He listened to our concerns, and was open to doing things slightly differently. As a result, he achieved a sale on our property on the first day, to the first people who viewed. I wouldn't deal with any other agent, as he was just so wonderful and cooperative. He has a fantastic future ahead of him, with his personable style, business smarts, and fantastic customer service & negotiation skills. We will do business again with Ryan for sure! The agency should be extremely proud to have him on the team.

Ryan very professional, courteous and has wonderful communication skills, he kept us involved in every step of the process. Will always respond to texts and phone calls. Very impressed with his exemplary service. Thank you Ryan

Ryan was great to deal with - keeping us informed about what was happening with open house inspections right through to the sale of the property. At no time did we feel that we weren't going to achieve our price goal. We are very happy with our outcome and would recommend Ryan if you are looking for a switched on agent to sell your property.

Ryan always came through with what he promised- he was on time, he rang when he said he would and he sold our house in the time frame predicted. He was always contactable and was so very patient with my endless questions. He explained things to me and made sure I understood what was happening. I would recommend Ryan to anyone considering selling their home. If I ever need someone to help me buy or sell a home Ryan is who I would call.

What a great experience and result made for my first time selling a house. I would go back to PRD. Thank you

Ryan was extremely knowledgeable of the local market and assessed the value of our house above our expectations. Ryan achieved a very satisfactory offer on our house within one week of going to market. Ryan has continued to keep us informed all through the sale process and we would have no hesitation in recommending Ryan to prospective sellers.

Considering we live interstate Ryan was very informative ,professional and easy to deal with. He sold our house with the minimum of fuss . He organised the conveyance and liaised with our Tennent through to the sale. Thankyou Ryan well done.

Ryan & Matty are awesome within their professionalism , market knowledge & communication. I would highly recommend Ryan & Matty to anyone that is thinking of selling or buying a property. I cannot fault them in anyway. I would use them again in the future if I am going to sell or buy again without any hesitation.
