As 1st time Home Sellers and were completely clueless as to where to start this process. We had seen other homes in our surrounding areas with excellent marketing signage and not long after great big SOLD signs and it was always the same person that had sold them Ryan Clarke PRD Nationwide. We made a phone call to Ryan asking him would he come and see our home and talk us through how we were to go about selling. Within days of that call (due to our work hours ) we were finally able to meet Ryan and Matt at our home . Going back n forth between us and the prospective buyer to achieve the price we were happy with ,meaning our home sold within just 2 weeks of being on the market .
