We met Ryan around 6 months ago whe we first decided that we were going to sell in the near future, Ryan was the third agent that we had complete an appraisal, when we received Ryan’s appraisal is was far better quality than any of his copeteters and he returned in person to go over everything which the others didn’t, so our choice was easily made. Late in January we decided the time was right so we contacted Ryan and within a couple days had our first meeting and signed a contract, two weeks later we had photos and one of the most awesome videos I have ever seen for a house sale completed. Then the following week we were on the market, a couple of mid week visitors one open house and nine days later we had a solid offer far above our initial expectations.
