Jason is a very meticulous and hard working agent. Buying your first home property is a huge investment. There are a lot of steps involved but jason made sure the whole process was seamless and remained stress free. He also offered his own suggestions and gave us potential tips for future renovation projects which could add susbstantial value to our property. He was also very patient and answered all our queries even on weekends during his time off. I highly recommend jason to future investors.

Jason helped us to sell our property during COVID-19 period and it was an absolutely pleasant experience. He has strong communication and negotiation skills. Jason is also proactive and passionate in what he does. He always goes for extra mile to achieve our goal and we don’t need to worry about anything. He can organise everything well and reduce our risk in every step. We felt very respected and secure with him. I would highly recommend everyone to put your trust in him and you won’t regret.

Jason has good market knowledge and is a hard working real-estate agent. He is very approachable and strives to achieve the best result for his client. Overall satisfied with his service given the current market condition.

Great experience: They try so hard and try all different kinds of way. Thanks a lot to Jason and his team.

We had our land listed for more than 200 days by the other agent, less than 5 offers received during that period and all of them were well below our expectation. Jason took over our case after we lost our paitient to the previous agent, he analysised our case with us very carefully, he listed all the pros and cons that our block's protential buyer could think of. Then he tailered a detailed stratergy for our case. We were always well informed about any progress and updates, Jason answered all our inquires promptly. Our block ended up being sold by Jason within 10 days after we signed agency agreement. The sale price is about what we expected. Great agent! Highly recomended!

I can highly recommend Jason Song as an agent to buy your next home or land from. He is very professional, maintains clear communication throughout the process, is very flexible and has a thorough knowledge of the housing market in the 4123 area. He's also very personable, a pleasure to work with and a nice person overall. We have now bought land thanks to Jason, and feel he is, by far, the best agent to either buy or sell a home with in the Brisbane South region.

Jason helped us with purchase of our second property. Very friendly and easily accessible. Always ready to go the extra mile to seal the deal. He is very professional and has very good knowledge about the area.

Hi Jason I would like to say thankyou for all the effort you put in toward the sale of my property. I was very impressed with your knowledge in real estate market, would not hesitate to recommend you to all my friends and family. Keep the good work going.

We purchased a property through Jason. During the dealing process we found Jason very professional in what he was doing. He was quick to return our calls and answer all questions we had. He worked hard for both parties to close the deal. We have no reservation to recommend Jason. Thankyou Jason!

We’ve dealt with many real estate agents through our house hunting period and Jason is definitely the best out of them. He was professional, knowledgeable and most of all, a genuine person you know you can trust and rely on. Highly recommended if you ever need any real estate advice or help.

Jason Song successfully sold our house in Calamvale during the COVID-19 . He is reliable and honest. He achieved what he has promised through his attention to details. He and his team made the property transaction very smooth, from preparing the property to sell to settlement in the end. He took care of every single step while my whole family were still overseas. I can see that he built a good relationship with the buyer. This definitely assisted to achieve a good price for selling my house. You can trust him that he has the ability to handle every aspect from listing to sale even when you are overseas!
