We are so impressed with Jason. He was always easy to contact, answered any questions we had at any time, kept us highly informed on what was going on at all times and went above and beyond to make sure our property sold. Honestly cannot recommend Jason enough.

We bought our house through Jason and I can honestly say he made the purchase a breeze for us. When our solicitors weren't doing the job they were paid to do, Jason stepped in and sorted out what we needed to discuss with the sellers directly. An estate agent that evidently, goes above and beyond for you! Nothing was too much to ask of Jason and he really went that extra mile for us. We highly recommend Jason and when the time comes to sell, we will definitely look to list our property with him. Couldn't be happier with the service received. Thank you 👏

Jason was very professional along with that he was very kind to myself and my partner. He has helped us and our family and was always committed to helping us. Jason took the time of of his day to give us a private inspection when I was unavailable for the public inspection and to that we got our first house!! We wouldn’t have done it without Jason’s kindness, professionalism and big heart! Thank you for being so wonderful Jason!

Did good job on selling, the price was what i wanted m

Jason was very enthusiastic and worked very well with auctioneer. Jason did a great job to smooth things over with an issue at settlement.

We interviewed a few different realestate agents and were extremely impressed by Jason’s initial meeting with very helpful information and explaination of his process in a way that definitely showed his expertise in realestate business. During the process of sales of our two properties (House and apartment), Jason and his team offered excellent advice, answered every question and helped me make informed decisions. I would definitely recommend Jason and his team!

He had good market servise value was excellent.

It's my second time dealt with Jason Song. The first time I bought a property through him and very happy. This time, Jason Song sold my house in Calamvale, and again he did a fantastic job. He showed me all the skills that a good agent should have: communication, negotiation(he even negotiated more than my counter offer price), knowledge, good mindset and positive energy. Most importantly, he is a genuine person, trustworthy, and he looked after me like a old friend. I have no hesitation to recommend him to others. I will be use Jason's service in a near future again. Seriously, if you are thinking of selling, give him a call. Jason Song is the real estate agent you can trust

We are very impressed by Jason’s professionalism and passion for work. As we wanted to bring the house to market as soon as possible, he completed all the preparations in just few days. Additionally, we received good communication and professional reports though the whole process which made us feel relieved. Highly recommend Jason to all.

Jason is doing well on his job, as a first home buyer I’ve had many concern about the property but Jason was always there with some good advice and eventually help us to get the property in our budget.

Jason Song from Place Sunnybank helped us sell our property while we are living overseas. He is is very skilful agent, having a great communication skill, working extremely hard and always try to understand our needs. We highly recommend him to anyone who is thinking of selling. Give him a call before you pick any other agent.

Jason was very helpful an accommodating. We wouldn't have bought our house if it wasn't thanks to him identifying this house for us. Jason also provided a lot of tips and reminded us of things that we would not have thought of to ensure a smooth purchase and moving in
