Rhys was recommended by our son who had done some research on agents who specialise around the Glenelg North area. We contacted 3 different agents before settling on Rhys as our choice. Some factors in choosing Rhys over other agents were: 1.response time to my initial email, 2. where he thought fair market price should be pitched at for our block sale (same as what our own prior independent advice had suggested) , 3. easygoing, professional approach at initial meeting.
