I chose Rhys when I met him at an open inspection of a house I was interested in buying. He was helpful, highly presentable and his charming manner and knowledge of the property for sale was first rate. I decided there and then that Rhys would be the agent to sell my house. Even though my house was well out of his normal sales area, he was very happy to oblige. My property was unusual in that it had a huge undulating garden, and a creek bed with a large easement through it and roads on three sides. Rhys did his homework (as I am sure most agents would) checking the property thoroughly so that he could entice the right sort of people to look at the house. His suggestions for promoting, marketing and presenting the house were valuable. Each week, after Open Inspections, Rhys forwarded me a full report listing the numbers of visitors, those interested and his thoughts on how strong their interest was. Those with a strong interest he chased up. His final negotiations were professional and thorough and his encouragement to me very helpful. I would certainly use Rhys again and recommend him to all others interested in selling their property.

The greatest attributes that Rhys displayed was his ability to listen and evaluate , in an entirely objective manner,what I wanted. He knew where he stood,as did I. No empty sales rhetoric , and a thoroughly professional process. Of course it helps when your goal is achieved with a minimum of fuss, but ,even if things hadn't gone quite as smoothly,I was extremely happy with how Rhys evaluated me and ran the campaign accordingly.
