Clare Hickey-Shand

Clare made the buying process effortlessly easy and kept me informed during the entire transaction!

We had such a great experience with Clare selling our home. Her knowledge of the local market and current trends was really helpful, and gave us confidence when setting realistic expectations in what was a pretty uncertain market. She was calm, responsive, and easy to deal with, and ultimately helped us achieve the result we needed. A big thanks to Makenzie too, who was a fantastic support and made everything easy. We’re really happy we chose Clare and the Yard team and would happily recommend!

I bought my place from Clare and I can highly recommend her. She was friendly, professional, and genuine. She always responded to any queries in a prompt manner, and helped the whole process run seamlessly. Thank you!
